Delivery & Return Policy

Welcome to Jahan Collection by ZK. We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Processing Time

* All orders are processed within 10 working days after payment confirmation.
* During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

* Standard UK delivery usually takes 10 working days after dispatch.
* Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

* Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/message with tracking details where available.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs, or peak periods are outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Jahan Collection by ZK is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos if applicable.

Returns

* Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be:
    * Unworn
    * Unwashed
    * In original condition
    * With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Sale or discounted items
* Customized or altered items
* Accessories (if applicable)

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
* We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.
* Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
